Stanley Cecil Beach Jr.
Born August 12, 1935, in San Diego Stan went to be with the Lord on March 10, 2005, at the age of 69 from brain cancer. He was surrounded by family at home in Granite Bay. He is survived by his loving wife, Marcia Beach, his children Sallie (Beach) and Michael Galloway, Joe and Karen Beach. Kelly (Beach) and Kris Spickler and Brian Beach and first wife and mother of his children, Norma Jean Hough. Nine Grandchildren; Joe, Amy, and Emily Galloway, Aaron, Adam, Andrew, and Alicia Beach, Kayla and Kyler Spickler. Brother Rex Beach and sister Kathleen Schafer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Naomi Beach and his brother James Beach. Stanley attended Reedley HIgh School, served in the Air Force, attended Reedley College and Fresno State. He was a teacher at Exeter High School, a park ranger for the U.S. Park Service, a property Manager for the Huntington Lake condominiums, and a ski racing coach and participant at Sierra Summit, Sun Valley, ID and Park City, Utah. A memorial service is planned for April 16th at 11 a.m. at the Church of God, 246 W. Chestnut, Exeter, 559-592-2631.
