Tulare - Allen Casselman, 66, of Tulare, CA, passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2018. A business owner in Tulare since 1982. Known as Shun Shifu Allen at his school American Martial Arts Academy. He loved spending time with family, riding his motorcycle, camping, playing poker with friends, gardening, and naps. Allen also enjoyed good conversation, sharing ideas or just a friendly, fair debate. He knew how to build or fix anything. He was a father figure to many and always tried to help anyone who needed it. Allen is survived by his wife Nancy, mother Maxine, children Allen Jr, Stephanie, Eric & Joshua, 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, December 16 at 4 p.m. at the
