Hi, Sue! Hope everything is going great for you!
Things here on the beautiful beaches in Pattaya, Thailand, are just swimming right along. I lived on the 7th floor of a beachfront 31-story condo with a beautiful balcony, directly on the beach, the first 2 1/2 months after I arrived. I made friends with an engaged couple who had a condo in my same building, and on New Year's Day, we moved across town, into a nice 3-bed/2-bath house, in a housing condominium complex with a beautiful lake.
I really feel like I have fallen into nothing but good things, since moving here! Our home is 3 beds, 2 baths, and is 1750sq feet. It came fully furnished, including 3 brand-new king-size beds, a big couch with a lounge, 3 TV's, etc. We have a big lake as the centerpiece of the development, and a gym, sauna, steam room, a huge, beautiful, condo-complex pool, a big central lawn, a big patio/BBQ area, and we have gated, around-the-clock security. The rent is $896/mo. So, my cut of the rent, is a staggering $446/mo... AND we have a large guest bedroom we pay for, just in case anyone wants to come visit!
This move is turning out to be a really good move on my part... so far, anyway! I've been here for over 7 months now, and I keep waiting for something to foul-up somehow, but it's all been good!
I just kind've wanted to fill you in a little bit on what's been happening with me... but what I really wanted to ask you, is how I can change my location (Address?), here on the good ol' Class of '71' Reunion site?
Any guidance you might give me would sure be appreciated!
I hope everything is going great for you, and "Congratulations!", on the addition of young Maximus! I bet you're a happy darned Grandma, these days!
Thanks for renewing our friendship, and thank you SO much, for helping me out when I had that vocal cord procedure, at Stanford Med! I will never, ever forget your kindness!
Hope to hear from you soon, Susan!
(BTW, I still have my same phone number, and I'm still on Facebook all the time, so texts arrive, and the easiest way to actually talk, is through the Facebook Messenger phone feature!)
Hugs, my friend.

Howdy, Classmates;
I just wanted everyone to know, that I have finally made my big retirement move to Pattaya, Thailand, and by the end of January, at the latest, will be in a living situation with a spare bedroom, going forward. I say this, so that any of you that might like to come see some of the beauty, experience the history and cultural heritage, try the absolutely AMAZING food, and enjoy the 2,000 miles of beaches that Thailand offers... Well, my home will be open to you.
So anyway... I hope everyone is doing well, and living your lives to the fullest.
Yours, Captain Micheal Millsaps, USMM. (Ret.)

Hi, Sue!
I just wanted to say to you, what a sheer pleasure it's been, reacquainting with you and meeting Arnold. I'd also like to thank you for your pure kindness, in helping me get through that surgery at Stanford and letting me recoup, at you home. I'll never forget that.
Also, you deserve SO much thanks, for being willing to manage the reunion money, as I know how chaotic that can be, when dealing with a lot of VERY widely dispersed volunteers! Between you and Dwight, you two were the bedrock of our efforts and everything hinged on the two of you!
Thanks so much, both for your efforts AND, even more importantly, your friendship!

Dwight; Thanks, so very much, for taking the reins of the good ol' Class of '71' (And '70' AND '72'!) once again. Your organizational skills and natural leadership abilities were certainly on display and in fine form, at that! The whole experience was truly a joy. I only wish that I could have been more consistent in my participation, but my body had other ideas, apparently. It truly was a lot of fun, from start to finish. As someone that has done a lot of event organizing, planning and presenting, we really DID do a great job of it. Everyone seemed to bring their respective specialties into play and it turned out splendidly.
I SO enjoyed seeing so MANY faces from my wayward youth, once again!
At any rate, you, in particular, really did a heckuva job.
Thanks so much, my friend!

Thanks Dwight for making the reunion such a memorable event. No doubt it was a lot of work for those who organized it. It was a reminder of what we can be thankful for. We owe the success we have to each person who has influenced us. The reunion brought back many memories of whom I owe a debt of gratitude. My wife and I are still talking about that time and what we came away with. As I l remembered the people it was often a little thing I remembered about them. The interactions I had reminded me of how many of us have been in the same places and did not know the other person was there too.
