Retired Dispatcher, IT Technician Passes Away
With deepest regrets, Sheriff Boudreaux announces the death of Gaylene Scott, who was a Dispatcher and IT Technician at the Sheriff’s Office for 25 years. She passed away Friday morning of natural causes at her Exeter home. She was 72 years old.
Gaylene is remembered for her big smile and kind nature. She was hired in 1980 and retired in 2005.
She is survived by her husband, retired TCSO Captain Michael Scott; her sons, Lee and Jason; and her daughter, Jennifer. She had three grandchildren.
