Susan Faye Childress

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 27 for Susan Faye Childress, at the Smith Family Chapel, Exeter, with burial following in the Woodlake Cemetery. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. to service time at the chapel.

Born in Exeter, to Ernest and Jean Carter on June 13, 1954, she passed away in Hanford on Jan. 21, 2006, at the age of 51. Susan grew up in Woodlake and graduated from Exeter Union High School in 1972. She worked at Lemoore Naval Air Station as a flight operations controller for 23 years.
